Anchovies in vinegar

Pickled anchovies are a kind of appetizer or lid in Spain in which the main ingredient are anchovies, fish of small size (20 cm) whose backs have been previously marinated in vinegar and plenty of garlic and parsley. Usually served with drinks such as beer or soft drinks, wine rarely due to it being a food in vinegar interacts badly in the mouth, causing bad marriage.
